Welcome to the best beaches in Mallorca, spain. Mallorca has more than two hundred stretches of beach and caves in mallorca.
There is lots of beaches for you to explore if you're here on holiday perhaps but isn't it good to know that you shouldn't have any trouble finding a space for your beach towel Most of the main tourist beaches offer every kind of water sport and leisure activities.

  • Playa Palmanova Palmanova's Blue Flag beaches are large enough for all the families who come to enjoy the sand here and swim in the shallow water.

    Facilities:
    Bar, restaurant, hotel, shops, sunbeds, parasols, showers, pedal-boats, first aid, boat excursions, surfschool/surfing, showers, water-skiing, water-paragliding, and Life Guards.
  • Sa Platgeta des Portals Vells Beach The largest of four sandy coves that make up Portals Vells. This beautiful spot is a popular place for locals to drop anchor and also a stop off for local cruising trips.
    On the southwest coast. Head towards Magalluf and nearby Golf de Poniente. Keep going past the pine forest and look out for the sign to Portals Vells on the left-hand side.

  • Cala Deia Beach 2km from the village of Deia. The beach is small and rocky but it's a gorgeous place to spend an afternoon. Who knows? You may share the sand with one of the many celebrities staying at Deia's Hotel La Residencia.

    Paved access, bar, restaurant, parking.
  • Cala Figuera Beach A popular beach despite its remote location. Sand and pebbles, a rocky landscape surrounds another beautiful cove. On the road to the lighthouse at Formentor you'll find the cove signposted. At the end of a dusty track there's parking and steps down to the beach.
  • Playa de Formentor A beautiful beach close to the famous and exclusive Hotel Formentor. Guests fortunate enough to be staying there have their own private beach so there is plenty of room on the 1000m of fine sand here for everyone else.

    Bar, restaurant, hotel, sunbeds, parasols, pedal boats, surfschool/surfing, showers, water-skiing, horse riding, boat excursions, changing rooms, parking.
  • Playa de es Trenc 11km of sumptious sand on Mallorca's south coast. Beach bars and beach sellers. Very busy at the weekends. Parking - but you have to pay a small charge.

  • Cala Pi Beach Far smaller than Es Trenc! Small but perfectly formed beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters. NB: Access via steep steps.

    Bar, restaurant, shops, good parking.
  • Ses Salines White sand, clear waters and plenty of room. Across the water at Na Guardis Roman and Punic archaeological remains have been found so we're far from the first people to enjoy this stretch of Mallorca's shoreline.

    Facilities:
    Beds, parasols and open-air bar.
  • Cala Varques Beach Two beautiful coves on the north east coast of the island. A rocky shore surrounds white sandy beaches and the warm waters are crystal clear. On the road from Portocolom to Portocristo, you'll need to leave the car and walk a short while to enjoy Cala Varques but it'll be worth it.

    Facilities:
    Whatever you can carry along you. Please take plenty of water!
  • Playa Sant Pere Beach Close to a quiet resort, with bars and restaurants this beach is great for families and there's just enough going on to keep your mind occupied while your body sunbathes. Good access for the disabled here too thanks to a ramp down onto the beach.

    Facilities: Showers, parking, restaurants and shops.
  • Cala Mayor, Kown for its serious water sports.
  • Puerto de Andratx Beautiful setting simply because it is very exclusive and not known yet to the packaged holiday clients. The beach is in close proximity with the beaches of Camp de Mar.
  • Portals Nous quite a small beach between budding urban developments. Mostly used by the yachtsmen and their guests from Puerto Portals yacht club,it’s a place where the rich and famous go to Mingo. Equipped with its own restaurants,bars, and shopping area.
  • Magaluf presents its magnificent beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters and much tourist development. Activities include, Banana-riding is the much-loved activity on this beach. The beach starches approximately 900 meters long and it is one of the biggest British tourist beaches on the island well-known for its nightlife.
  • Illetes. Close to two coves of some 75 and 150 meters wide. Pine trees stretch as far as the shore which has excellent sand.
  • Peguera tourist resort. Quiet and with fine sand surrounded by pine trees. Peguera is said to be one of the older and well known beach resorts on the South West part of Mallorca. It is mainly visited by continental Europeans. A total of three 3 beaches in the area.
